After getting quotes from a number of builders, we committed to the build with APT as we found contract manager Oliver to have an open and honest approach. They carried out a swift construction of a double storey rear extension. We visited a completed project that they built and liked the result and it was this that convinced us to go with them. The team were considerate and punctual.

The problems that I thought were major were quickly fixed and rectified and even small design changes were carried out without any hassle. The whole team worked fast and many times they were demanding my attention to all the major steps carried out. Me and my partner moved out during the build for ease of dwelling, but in hindsight we could have stayed there during the build as the builders were extremely careful and resourceful. They made sure they had all the amenities they needed to carry out the work efficiently.
The build was eventually completed to a high standard after 18 weeks in progress. We would definitely recommend APT.
