Tammy B Our early Edwardian semi detached house was extended and remodelled both internally & externally. The ground floor was extended out with a rear side return on the ground floor. My best feature are the industrial styled steel patio doors.
A bright & airy loft conversion was constructed in a hip to gable layout which gave us an extra room which was then used as a study.
The build took about 7 months from start to finish, which was a bit slower than our planned 6 months however completed to a exceptional finish. APT's quantity surveyor stuck to all estimated prices.
