Our Loft Conversion Process

1. Survey And Quote

Our pre-contract surveyor arranges a convenient time to perform a site visit. An architect will also be sent out toy your property to take measurements.
After agreeing to the terms we will draft a quote as soon as possible.

2. Contract And Building Regulations

Once all quotation details are agreed upon we will start your build process. At this stage, we will take care of all the building regs, patry wall and planning permissions.

3. The Build

In this phase the hoarding goes up, the equipment is delpoyed and the build commences

4. Final Touches

Once the building work is complete, we then carry out a full inspection and snagging list to ensure that all minor faults are rectified. Then it’s now time for you to settle in and enjoy your new build!

5. Delivering The Loft

A final inspection is carried out, the project is signed off, then the loft is delivered at hopefully on time.

If you live in a conservation area, the council may not allow you to have a rear dormer, but they will let you have a mansard or a combination of Velux roof windows and small dormers.
