From the first day we sign the contract for us to carry out the build work, you will be introduced to your Project Manager. He/She will be your port of call on all matters relating the the project, he will manage and monitor all of the construction work that occurs at your property, keep everyone connected and inform you about what is going on the site he will also supervise and review the progress every week making sure it moves forward as planned. Regular inspections will be carried out by the building control officer throughout your loft conversion project to ensure our work complies with all the latest building regulation requirements. Once we completed the build of your loft, the building control inspector will make a final visit and issued a completion certificated. When all the work is completed and having gained approval from the Building Control you will be provided with a completion folder with all relevant documents that included the Completion, Gas and Electrics certificates and all the manufactures guaranties and instructions plus a 10 year structural guarantee certificated.
